They explain the service process clearly, identify options and costs, and do not pressure me into services that I don't need.

In this case a diagnosis for a "check engine" warning was done, a small repair was quickly made while I waited, and the cost was minimal.  At other shops this might have turned into a drawn out, expensive ordeal.

I appreciate the honest, efficient and cost effective manner in which service is provided at Automotive Dynamics.

I was hesitant to bring my car here because it was a bit of a drive and I had already forked out a good deal of money to another local company with no results. I called to make an appointment and Tricia made sure to get me in ASAP because I was going out of town that weekend. They customer service I received was perfect, and all of my questions, concerns, and request were taken care of right away. My car was ready in about a day and a half and it runs 10 times better now.  I even got a tour and met the mechanics out in the shop, which was really nice and clean!
