They explain the service process clearly, identify options and costs, and do not pressure me into services that I don't need.

In this case a diagnosis for a "check engine" warning was done, a small repair was quickly made while I waited, and the cost was minimal.  At other shops this might have turned into a drawn out, expensive ordeal.

I appreciate the honest, efficient and cost effective manner in which service is provided at Automotive Dynamics.

I was hesitant to bring my car here because it was a bit of a drive and I had already forked out a good deal of money to another local company with no results. I called to make an appointment and Tricia made sure to get me in ASAP because I was going out of town that weekend. They customer service I received was perfect, and all of my questions, concerns, and request were taken care of right away. My car was ready in about a day and a half and it runs 10 times better now.  I even got a tour and met the mechanics out in the shop, which was really nice and clean! However, the front brakes on the Lexus still pulsates when used, the braking action is not a smooth process…perhaps other parts needs replacing to get the braking action right!
